TWC is a full private school for Years 2 through to Year 12.

Enrolment is open throughout the year and begins with a simple enquiry.

Someone from TWC will be in touch to have a proper conversation. This is not a sales call — it is a chance for both sides to ask questions. We want to understand your child's experience, interests and goals. You want to understand whether TWC is genuinely the right fit. Both of those things matter equally here.
Based on that conversation, we will work out the right next step together. For some students that means an audition. For others it means a trial week first. For some it means both, in a sequence that makes sense for where they are and what they are working toward. We do not run a one-size process — the pathway through to enrolment is shaped around your child.
If TWC is the right fit — for your child and for us — we will make a formal offer of enrolment. We will walk you through everything you need to know at that point, including what to expect in the first weeks.
Paperwork is straightforward. We will confirm your child's start date, pathway placement, and timetable, and make sure you have everything you need before the first day.

THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

A few things worth knowing

Enrolment is open at any point in the year — there are no fixed intake periods. A mid-year start is not unusual at TWC.

The audition for Dance and Musical Theatre & Drama students is not about being the most polished performer in the room. We are looking for potential, commitment and fit — not a finished product. Students who are still developing are absolutely welcome to enquire.

Students enrolling primarily for the academic pathway do not require an audition. The conversation at Step 2 is the most important part of their process.

A&L Academie De Danse

A&L is the part-time performing arts studio connected to TWC, based in the same building as TWC in Bowral, NSW. Classes run across the week for students from age 2 through to adults. No audition is required and enrolment is open year-round.

How to enrol at A&L

Get in touch with your child's age and the style or styles they are interested in — or if you are not sure, just tell us a bit about them and we will make a suggestion. We will match them to the right class and time, and let you know about trial class availability.

Styles currently offered at A&L include Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Acrobatics, Musical Theatre, Drama, Singing, and Adult Ballet.

Fees

The Whiteley College

TWC fees are structured on a per-term basis. Because students can join at any point in the year and pathways vary, fees are confirmed as part of the enrolment conversation rather than published as a single flat rate.

As a guide:

Year 2—6: Full year tuition (per term) — $3,410 +GST
ACC FEES PAID SEPARATELY

Year 7—9: Full year tuition (per term) — $3,900 +GST
ACC FEES PAID SEPARATELY

Year 10+/Diploma: Full year tuition (per term) — $4,640 +GST

Finishing Year: Full year tuition (per term) — $3,890 +GST

Enrolment fee (one-off, payable on acceptance and per each year of enrolment at TWC) — $980 +GST

Fees cover academic tuition, performing arts training, use of all facilities, and standard program activities. Some items — including the annual European tour, examination fees, and specialist equipment — are additional and will be outlined clearly before any commitment is required.

Payment plans are available. If fees are a consideration for your family, please raise this as part of your enquiry conversation. We would rather have that conversation early than have it be the reason a family does not proceed.

A&L Academie De Danse

Fees for all ages and all class levels:

Pre-school Ballet fee— $240.00 +GST per term

Group Class fee [all ages/all classes] — $29.00 +GST per class

Annual enrolment fee— $60.00 +GST per student

Private lessons [30 mins] — $55.00 +GST per class

Private lessons [45 mins] — $70.00 +GST per class

Private lessons [60 mins] — $90.00 +GST per class

A class trial is available before committing to a full term.
Classes are payable on per term basis.

Before you enrol

A few practical things worth knowing before you commit — the kind of detail that's easy to overlook until it matters.

Students are expected at every class on the timetable — missed days can affect whether course requirements are met. If your child is unwell for more than two days, we'll ask for a doctor's certificate covering the time off. If they can't make it in on a given day, just let us know before 8:30am.
We ask for a medical form as part of enrolment, so we know how to look after your child properly — allergies, conditions, anything relevant to keeping them safe in class. If your child needs medication during the day, we'll need written authorisation from you each term (or whenever it changes), and it stays with our office, not in their bag.
Fees are charged per term, with payment plans available if that helps. Enrolment is ongoing until your child graduates or you let us know otherwise — we ask for a full term's notice if you're withdrawing, so please give us a heads-up in writing rather than just not showing up one term.
Every staff member working with students holds a valid Working with Children Check. We take a genuinely no-tolerance approach to bullying, and every student knows they can bring a concern to any staff member, not just their own teacher. Safety and wellbeing come first, always.
We regularly photograph and film classes, rehearsals and performances — partly to celebrate what students achieve, and partly because it helps with things like audition reels down the track. We'll always check in with you about how these are used.
